Planning your trip
Should I book museums and attractions in advance?
Yes, it’s highly recommended. Many iconic sites — like the Colosseum, Vatican Museums, or Galleria Borghese — have limited entry and long lines.
Booking online ensures entry at your preferred time and avoids long waits! For more tips and offers, check our Rome tips & tricks section.
Is it worth buying the Roma Pass or other tourist cards?
Rome offers several combined tourist passes (Roma Pass, TurboPass, Omnia Vatican & Rome Card), which include entry and transport. They can sometimes cost more than purchasing individual tickets,
Most of our apartments are in the historic center, so public transport may not be needed frequently.
